1. Services Covered

- Paid Ads Management (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
Note: Any consultation, strategy session, or custom report is considered a service and is included under this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only under the following conditions:
- Non-Delivery of Services: If YORY AI LLC fails to deliver the services agreed upon in the contract within the specified timeframe.
- Service Errors: If there is a technical or administrative error on our part that prevents the completion of the service.
- Duplicate Payment: If the client accidentally pays twice for the same service.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Dissatisfaction due to performance results (SEO and Ads campaigns results can vary)
- Change of mind after the project has started
- Partial use of services already delivered
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact support@yoryai.shop within 14 days of the service purchase or invoice date.
- Provide your name, email, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
- YORY AI LLC will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
If approved, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if part of the service was delivered successfully. The refundable amount will be calculated based on the portion of services not delivered.
